PLAYDATE AT JILL'S

Jill and maddie invited us over for a swim playdate. Unfortantely the weather didnt agree and their wasnt much interest in the pool. Since jill is gifted in the department there was plenty to do. The kids had a great time and came home for lunch and a nap, even lei lei!

NIGHT SWIMMING

At peak pool by our place they have night swimming tues and thurs. The whole bunch of us went, for summer night was tad chilly and poor lei lei was shivering, and it was crowded but angelina and bear had fun atleast. Definately would like to do it again when its warmer!

POOL TIME AT MONICK'S HOUSE

I rounded up the crew this morning and headed to L.B. for some swim time at Monick's. She had some delisious food for us too. As usual we had a blast and got some of that toddler energy out. Monick also shared some fabulous news that she is pregnant! I'm so excited for her! CONGRATS MIKE AND MONICK!

After we got home bear and bina headed for a nap but not lei lei. She foght me and refused to take a nap and got into to several things. I'm having such a hard time with her. URGH!

ITS OUR 1st ANNIVERSARY FOR TWO THINGS...

We have been blogging exactly one year to the date 7/28/08-7/28/09. I'm so proud I actually kept up with it too! Its been a exciting this year with leilani and angelina learning and growing, ours ups and downs, of course our big move, our kitten necie, spending time with all our wonderful friends. I'm so happy I could share it with you. I only 5 followers i guess..lol I will be making it private for people actually following my blog.

Our second is Angelina has been potty trained for a year now! I'M SO PROUD OF HER! Believe or not that many accidents either. I'm blessed with her im lei lei will be more of a challenge! Daddy bought angelina a special prize for her anniversary..BARBIE CLOTHES..LOL

SUPER LAZY SUNDAY

We slept in, and watched tv, layed around most of the day. I love to have these days every once and awhile. Lei lei has her own agenda, she decided her clothes were dirty and jumped in the bath with bear, riped pages out of a scrapbook, threw puzzles pieces when bear didnt share fast enough, etc..her day was busy.

When it finally cooled off lei and me ventured to the park with jessi and bear, hopefully to wear them out. When we came home eddie was BBQing steak and potatoes for us. Lei decided that potatoes are a fashion accessory instead of food. I hosed her down in the bath first before I could actually give her a bath!

SEAL BEACH SATURDAY

We slept in due our late night last nite. Decided to head to the beach. Since Huntington Beach was having the Hurley open we headed to seal beach. Eddie brought the bike and trailer too. We played at the beach for awhile, lei lei loved being buried in the sand, but sat for like a minute! The water was dirty and the beach too, Didn't stay very long. After putting all the the beach stuff away and changing lei lei we headed over to the pier with the bike trailer. walked all the way down main street and several blocks to the car, a workout for me! Headed home for a much needed nap.

FRIDAY NITE BBQ AT THE INLAWS

We headed to the inlaws for a BBQ, we invited bear and jessi also gloria and the kids too. Full house+alcohol= drama. I can't go in detail but some people were tripping and need to check themselves! We left around 10pm. Visna and lyn came over to our place too and spent the night due to the "drama" we sang, and wii "ed it up went to bed so late! Ended up being a great night in the end. ** there is no pics due losing my camra under my seat in the car!**

PARK DAY IN THE B.P.

Angelina's dad picked her up this morning, which he not changing, no child support but I feel like im punishing angelina not him so I let her go for the weekend against my beter judgement. We took bear and lei to our local park, let some of the energy out. Leilani wants to do everything bear can do and makes her so mad when she physically can't, kinda funny how fustrated she gets. They had this werid turning circle very hard to get on and the top turns too, accident waiting to happen, i'm not going to near it! Eddie mastered it for a milasecond, bear however I have a video of it! We always have a good time at this park.

NEW BIKE..KINDA

Eddie was getting sick of the "ORANGE BANG" frame he has. He bought a track frame off craigslist and it has two metal hearts on one for each for his daughters. He finally decided on a color of Electric blue glitter/ shimmer which we had it powder coated at embee in santa ana. Came out beautifully. The bike looks brand new. Now he's happy..for NOW!

MAIN ST. IN H.B.

Eddie thought since it was such a nice night he would take us to my favorite BBQ place in H.B. umm umm sooo good! After dinner we walked all the way up and down main st. We did lil shopping. Eddie bought me a pair of havanna's flip flops, so cute gold with sparrows, their really comfy too. Since angelina got to go to gramma's today we just lei lei, and shoe loved all the attention. I LOVE SUMMER NIGHTS!

ON THE HUNT...

It's time to look for preschool angelina will offically 3 1/2 in september. Since im not looking for daycare, I want a real learning preschool. I think I've called 10 more on prices,area, hours, their criculium. With no help from her dad, my budget is tight but dont want to compromise on her education. What to do, what to do? Well we checked out a few and applyed for a couple and will make a decision in 2-3 weeks. She will be starting in september just like bear. She's so ready too, she didnt want to leave the school. We stopped at target for some workbooks and flash cards to get ready for preschool..is that werid? I dont care ..lol Necie the kitty and the battle of toddler has been getting better even sleeping together..sometimes...lol

PAST COUPLE OF DAYS

I've had alot on my mind with angelina's dad being non-existent lately. It's totally effecting her, she knows that he's not calling and visiting, and asks me why in the cutest little voice that breaks my heart. What do I do? completely cut him out and let eddie offically adopt her? To be completely honest with you, I want to pistol whip him and say wake up, WTF! He does call- randomly and has all these excuses on why hes not helping and calling and picking her up. This smart, beautiful little girl deserves the world better than this, and I'll give it her. I'm so exhuasted with this situation lately im not sleeping. So please say a prayer for this "problem" and also pray I wont castrate him in the end!

Angelina had her first heated discussion with daddy over if she was batman girl or batgirl. If you watch the video she totally rolls her eyes and whips her head around everytime he says something she doesnt like! turn up the volume..

WE woke up cleaned our asses off! and mostly relaxed most of the day. Eddie took us to lunch at po'folks which is some good southern food. I drink about a gallon of sweet tea and cornbread and chicken, umm umm. lol The girls love this resturant because of the trains that run above your head.

We invited visna, lyn and eddie, tyson over for a pizza and movies. We rented HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT..which rocked! it was so scary and based on true events my favorite! I love, i mean LOVE scary movies :) eddie (visna's brother) kept hiding behind a pillow ..lol

OUR FIRST BBQ

I got to sleep in! and go do errands for our bbq by myself! Grandma kept the kids to 3:00pm wow what a nice break for us. I decided to do carne asada and chicken and hot dogs for the kids. We tons of other foods and drinks. There was about 10 adults and ten kids..wow didnt know my partment would hold that many! The food was great, music was great thanks to my ipod, and wii challenges were on! even with the kids going to sleep we still had people to the wee morning. I had so much fun.
